How can I check the status of my server or order?
We will inform you of your order status and any important server updates via email. If you need direct assistance, please contact us.

What should I do if I can’t connect to my server?

  • For Local Host setups: Please contact us directly for further instruction and support.

  • For Self-Hosted servers: This involves a third-party provider. Please refer to their terms of use for support. We will provide you with the necessary contact information.

How do I connect to my server for the first time?
The connection method depends on your specific request. We will prepare the system for you and provide all the necessary login credentials (username and password). For your security, we strongly encourage you to change these details after your first login. We do not keep a record of your private information.

I have forgotten my server’s password. How can I reset it?

  • For Local Host setups: Please contact us for assistance.

  • For Self-Hosted servers: This is managed by a third-party provider. Please refer to their terms of use and support channels for password recovery.

Why has my account been suspended?
If you see an “Account Suspended” page, it could be for one of several reasons, including:

  • An overdue payment.

  • Exceeding your allocated CPU or bandwidth limits.

  • A violation of our Terms of Service.

Please contact our billing department through your client area to identify the issue and resolve it. Depending on the reason, most accounts can be unsuspended almost immediately.

Billing, Plans & Cancellation

How can I cancel my service?
To cancel, simply ignore the renewal reminders. Your service will be automatically terminated after the final notification date.

Can I get a refund?
Services are non-refundable. The only exception is if you request to cancel a project before any work has begun.

Can I upgrade to a higher plan in the future?

  • For Local Host setups: Yes, we can guide you through the upgrade process.

  • For Self-Hosted servers: Yes, third-party hosting providers typically allow upgrades, which may involve additional charges.

Can I customize my hosting plan?
Absolutely. Let us know your requirements, and we can discuss and create a customized package that fits your needs.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Online Banking, E-Wallets, PayPal, and Manual Bank Transfers.

Is there a contract?
No, there are no binding contracts. You have the freedom to choose a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual subscription. You can sign up for one month to test our service before committing to a longer-term plan.

Are there any hidden costs?
Definitely not. We provide a clear and detailed quotation with all costs listed upfront.

What is the difference between a Local Host and a Self-Host?

  • Local Host: This refers to a server that we help you set up at your own location, using your own device, network, and electricity.

  • Self-Host: This refers to renting a server from a third-party data center, such as web hosting or a VPS (Virtual Private Server).

Where are the dedicated servers and IPs located?
We do not own a data center. We either help clients build their own local server or assist them in renting a server from a third-party provider, based on their specific needs and location preferences.

Do I need technical knowledge to use Linux VPS hosting?
No, we will help install all the necessary tools and programs you request. However, a basic level of technical knowledge is recommended to manage the programs you intend to use.

What is a domain name?
A domain name is the unique address of your website on the internet (e.g., www.yourcompany.com). It allows users to easily find and visit your site.

What can I do with a domain name?
A domain name allows you to launch a website, create professional email addresses (e.g., [email protected]), and build your online brand. To do this, you will need a reliable hosting service.

Does it cost anything to transfer a domain?
We do not currently offer domain transfer services. We register new domains for our clients for setup purposes, especially when dealing with specific VPS configurations.
